Career selection is one of the main important choice in students plans. This choice of decision will have impact on them throughout their lives. The essence of who the students are, will revolve around what the students wants to do with his or her greatest blessings. Everyone is always eager to have honest occupation. The way the students perceive their environment for example, students who have hired on an island may choose a career dealing with water or they may choose to leave the island behind and never to have any thing to do with water again.

It can’t be denied that one’s character is one of the biggest concerns when choosing a job. People are likely to pick a job for which they have a passion. A love for one’s job can be a strong motivation, especially when working under great pressure or facing problems.

A person’s education is also of great consideration when determining one’s career. With proper training, people would be able to do the job better, not only because they have the required background knowledge, but also for they feel more confident. In deed, one’s career choice is under great influence of individuality and previous tutoring.

3. Location

Many careers are affected by geography, which can play a factor in career choices in a number of ways. For some, location is the first factor in career choice, as they first choose where to live and then look for available career options there.
