Salary:  1,800,000 – 3,000,000 naira Per Annum

  1. Establish and implement admin policies, procedure, and management system.
  2. Lead and coach the admin team to monitor and ensure the foreign affairs, office management , like cleaning, canteen, office layout to meet requirements.
  3. Assist to work on the annual budget of administration department, and monitor all related actual admin expense for safe running.
  4. Manage Fixed Assets and record properly and timely, ensure inventory and capex with clear documentation.
  5. Play the role of Health Safety and Environment Officer (HSEO) and make sure the Group requirements can be achieved.
  6. Take charge of various company activities to create sound working environment.
  7. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MIN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

5 year(s)

MIN QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s Degree/HND

DESIRED COURSES:

  • Adminstration

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor degree or above.
  2. Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience preferably in Multi-national companies.
  3. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software.
