The south african President, Mr Zuma is known for hs ability to laugh at any situation,  but in the case of the attacks on foreign nationals, we would have expected the president to have spoken to his people and attended to the crisis personally but this has not occurred.

So We wondered what cold have taken his time and we figured that Mr Zuma must be laughing.
