Dayo welcomed her baby boy on November 18, 2024, in the United States. The actress shared the joyous news on her Instagram page, delighting fans and industry colleagues. A week later, on November 25, 2024, she hosted an elegant naming ceremony attended by a few close friends, including veteran actress Fali Werepe and Iyabo Ojo.

The baby boy was given a series of meaningful names, including Oluwafirewamiri, Oluwakemi, Oluwayemisi, and Oluwaponmile.
