Ex-Niger Delta Militants Graduate With Style, Honour President Buhari With A Bus

80 former Niger Delta agitators graduated from the Innoson Kiara Academy in Enugu State last weekend. The graduates without any supervision produced a 36 sitter bus to honour President Buhari and appreciate his commitment to the Amnesty Programme and the Niger Delta Region.

Dignitaries at the event included Brigadier General Paul Boroh, Coordinator Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme, Rev. Fr.
