Jarvis Shares Heartfelt Story of Support from Boyfriend Pellar During Jaw Surgery Recovery

Nigerian content creator Jarvis, widely known for her impressive artificial intelligence (AI) and non-playable character (NPC) impressions, recently opened up about the emotional and physical support she received from her boyfriend, Pellar, after undergoing jaw surgery. In a heartfelt conversation during an appearance on the BTS Reality Show in March 2025, Jarvis shared the intimate details of her battle with a jaw tumour, shedding light on the role Pellar played in her recovery.

In October 2024, Jarvis made a public revelation that she had been diagnosed with a tumour in her jaw. She had initially mistaken her condition for a dental issue, but after medical consultations, it was confirmed that a tumour had developed in her jawline. This news, coupled with a noticeable bump on one side of her face, left the content creator temporarily sidelined from her regular online activities, leading some of her followers to speculate that her absence was tied to her relationship with Pellar.

Addressing the situation in a TikTok livestream, Jarvis shared, “Let me tell you guys what happened. I was told that I had a tumour in my jaw. I thought it was teeth problems, but it wasn’t. The doctor said I had a tumour in my jawline.” During the livestream, she showed her viewers the bump, which made one side of her face visibly larger than the other.

While fans speculated about her relationship and whether her content hiatus was connected to it, Jarvis clarified that her absence had nothing to do with Pellar, but rather with her health challenges.

By March 2025, Jarvis had undergone surgery to remove the tumour, and during the BTS Reality Show, she took the opportunity to further explain the impact of the surgery on her life and how her boyfriend Pellar had been an unwavering source of support throughout the process. The couple shared how Pellar had been there every step of the way, particularly during her recovery in the hospital.

“He stayed by my side. Pellar spent a night with me at the hospital, and our team members also came to visit me,” Jarvis recalled. She explained that while she did have distant family members in Lagos, she felt more comfortable having Pellar by her side, as she didn’t want her family to worry about her health. “Let me say it as it is. I came to Lagos when I finished school, but normally I don’t like Lagos because it’s too rowdy, being the center of business and everything. It’s not like I don’t have family here, they are distant and I’m not used to them; I don’t know them. So Pellar is like family to me here in Lagos.”

Jarvis’ story is one of resilience, showing how both her personal and professional life have been marked by strength and support from her loved ones. Despite the challenges of her diagnosis and surgery, Jarvis is back to doing what she loves, creating unique AI and NPC impressions, and continues to be an inspiration for her followers.

Through her openness and vulnerability, Jarvis also debunked any rumours surrounding her relationship with Pellar, making it clear that her focus was on her health and recovery, and that the support from her boyfriend and team was paramount during her journey.

As Jarvis continues to navigate the ups and downs of life, her story is a testament to the power of having a strong support system, as well as the importance of taking care of one’s health, both physically and mentally.
