Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Davido has delayed the release of his highly anticipated album 5ive, originally scheduled for March 15, 2025, to April 18. While he has not provided a reason for the postponement, fans remain eager for the project, which promises to be a deeply personal body of work.

He secured his fifth Grammy nomination at the 67th Grammy Awards, earning a nod for Best African Song Performance for his feature on Chris Brown’s Sensational.
