Top 10 african dictators of the last 25 years (part 1)

This is not an analysis of the positive or negative effect of a political system. May be we should have called hit article the top 10 african tyrants, because dictatorship could also be a positive leadership quality. For the purpose of article, we will call it dictatorship.

Some of these men have committed serious crimes against their own people. Freedom is speech is none existant or is very limited.

Some are guilty of war crimes and others of silencing dissent, all these people have ruled or are ruling a piece of africa in the last 25 years.
