Cameroonian president Paul Biya virtually appears in funeral of killed soldiers
On Friday the 6th of march 2015, the central African nation of Cameroon had a paid their respect to their fallen hero. These 38 soldiers were killed in the north of the country during a fight with Boko Haram, the Nigerian Islamic fundamentalist group.
This ceremony wasn’t attended by the president who was at that time not in the country at that time. But miraculously the president appears in the photo published on the government website.
Unless Mr Biya has a double or cameras captured a ghost, there is no way he could have been at the ceremony.
The government spokesperson said that they were aware of the situation and that it was caused by a hacked who manipulated the photo, because at that time Biya was in Europe.
What do African leaders think of its people?

They have a tendency to just insult the intelligence of their people.
