Kenyan university attacker is an official’s son

Terrorist involved in slaughter of 148 people in Garissa was government official’s son.

 Thursday’s attack was the country’s worst since the 1998 bombing of the US embassy in Nairobi.

One of the gunman linked to  al-Shabab who massacred the students at a northeastern university has been identified as the the son of a Kenyan government official.

Abdirahim Abdullahi was among four gunmen who attacked the Garissa University College campus on Thursday, killing 148 people.

“The father had reported to security agents that his son had disappeared from home … and was helping the police try to trace his son by the time the Garissa terror attack happened,” Njoka told the Reuters news agency in a text message.

The son is known to be a law graduate from the university of Nairobi.

Kenya and africa are going through this period of mourning. the families of the victims are still crying over the dead.
