Brief description:  Explore 4Afrika offers the opportunity to experience working at Microsoft Africa through hands-on training and group project experiences. Successful 4Afrika Graduate Interns will qualify to be part of full time Microsoft MACH hires in Africa

Eligible Field of Study: A preference in Science, Engineering and Business Majors.

About the Award: The Microsoft 4Afrika Internship Program provides a world-class job training experience to qualified students in our Microsoft Africa locations. The primary goal is to promote employability by providing a unique job experience to hundreds of qualified graduates per year, enabling them to land jobs within Microsoft and broader partner ecosystem in Africa. The program has two intakes per year and kicks off with a one-week on-boarding and orientation event in the Microsoft South African office. This includes a signature team building activity to get the interns energized for the intense year ahead.

Type: Graduate and Undergraduate Internship program

Eligibility: 

Highly motivated University Graduates or undergraduates with excellent academic performance and a passion for technology

Interested candidates will be picked from a 4Afrika approved partner University (see below)

Number of Awardees: Up to 100 Interns per year in both the 4Afrika Graduate and Undergraduate Internship program

Duration of Internship: 12-week summer internship
