Job Summary
The HR/Admin Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the Human Resource management & Admin functions of Mater Purisma in such a manner that will maximize the strategic use of all their available resources in the most efficient manner possible.
Responsibilities
Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems.
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
Develop Service level agreements with all service providers.
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and employee benefits.
Continuously monitor both the Admin and HR budget of Mater Purisma over actual spending and recommend ways to cut cost.
Develop creative ways of managing the entire Mater Purisma facility
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, and employee relations.
Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs.
Create appropriate Human Resources and Admin reports aimed at identifying and determining causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of Mater Purisma’s policies and practices.
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs.
